ConquerMap Kullanım Koşulları

Hesap oluşturarak veya ConquerMap’i kullanarak bu Koşulları ve Apple’ın Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi’ni kabul edersin. Kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanma.
1. Hizmet
ConquerMap konum tabanlı bir keşif oyunudur. Özellikler, harita kapsamı, kalıntıların bulunabilirliği ve çevrimiçi hizmetler; bağlantı, cihaz izinleri veya bakım nedeniyle değişebilir ya da geçici olarak kullanılamayabilir.
2. Hesaplar
Hesabındaki işlemlerden ve verdiğin bilgilerin doğruluğundan sorumlusun. Başkasını taklit etme, sosyal özellikleri kötüye kullanma, hizmete müdahale etme veya konum, sıralama, satın alma ya da ödülleri manipüle etmeye çalışma.
3. Güvenlik ve konum
Trafiğe, özel mülkiyete, yerel kurallara ve fiziksel tehlikelere dikkat et. Araç kullanırken uygulamayla etkileşime girme. ConquerMap seni yasak, güvensiz veya özel alanlara girmeye yönlendirmez. Nereye gitmenin güvenli ve hukuka uygun olduğuna karar vermek senin sorumluluğundadır.
4. Satın almalar ve abonelikler
Satın almaları Apple işler. Otomatik yenilenen abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse yenilenir. Apple, yenilemeden önceki 24 saat içinde hesabı ücretlendirir. Aboneliğini App Store hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin. Ücretsiz deneme, deneme bitmeden iptal edilmezse ücretli aboneliğe dönüşür. Ömür boyu erişim, desteklenen hizmetin ömrü boyunca geçerli tek seferlik ve devredilemez bir satın almadır; hizmetin süresiz çalışacağını garanti etmez. Satın Alımları Geri Yükle seçeneği aynı Apple Kimliği’ne bağlı uygun satın alımları geri getirebilir.
5. Sanal öğeler
Kalıntıların, puanların, bölgelerin, hakların ve diğer oyun öğelerinin nakit değeri yoktur; gerçek paraya çevrilemez ve fiziksel bir konum üzerinde mülkiyet hakkı vermez.
6. Kullanıcı içeriği ve davranış
Kullanıcı adı ve avatar hukuka aykırı, kötüye kullanıma yönelik, yanıltıcı veya başkasının haklarını ihlal eden içerik taşıyamaz. Kullanıcıları veya hizmeti korumak için makul ölçüde gerekli olduğunda içeriği kaldırabilir ya da hesabı kısıtlayabiliriz.
7. Hesap silme
Hesabını uygulama içinden silebilirsin. Silme işlemi kalıcıdır ve hesaba bağlı oyun verilerini kaldırır. Apple, işlem kayıtlarını kendi politikaları uyarınca saklar.
8. Sorumluluk sınırı
Hizmet, hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde “mevcut olduğu şekliyle” sunulur. Haritalar, konum tahminleri ve yakındaki bilgiler eksik veya hatalı olabilir. Bu Koşullar, hukuken kaldırılamayan tüketici haklarını ortadan kaldırmaz.
9. Değişiklikler ve erişimin sonlandırılması
Hizmeti veya bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde yürürlük tarihi yenilenir. Dolandırıcılık, kötüye kullanım, güvenlik riski veya yasal zorunluluk hâlinde erişimi askıya alabiliriz.

ConquerMap Terms of Use
Effective date: July 5, 2026
By creating an account or using ConquerMap, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
ConquerMap is a location-based exploration game. Features, map coverage, relic availability and online services may change or be unavailable due to connectivity, device permissions or maintenance.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account and for providing accurate information. Do not impersonate others, abuse social features, interfere with the service or attempt to manipulate location, rankings, purchases or rewards.
3. Safety and location
Remain aware of traffic, private property, local rules and physical hazards. Do not interact with the app while driving. ConquerMap does not direct you to enter restricted, unsafe or private areas. You are responsible for deciding where it is safe and lawful to travel.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the account within 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable purchase for the lifetime of the supported service; it is not transferable and does not guarantee that the service will operate indefinitely. Restore Purchases can recover eligible purchases associated with the same Apple ID.
5. Virtual items
Relics, points, zones, charges and other game elements have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real-world money and do not represent ownership of a physical location.
6. User content and conduct
Usernames and avatars must not be unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringe another person’s rights. We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
7. Account deletion
You may delete your account in the app. Deletion is permanent and removes account-linked gameplay data. Apple retains transaction records under its own policies.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Maps, location estimates and nearby information may be incomplete or inaccurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the service or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, security risks or legal requirements.
